The location of this place is excellent as it is close to major attractions, a currency exchange, and the bus station, while still being on the outskirts of the old town.

Thanks, it was a such wonderful stay by 2 nights. The location is marvellous and excellent and just off old Medina and the bus station. The place to order lunch around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel is Restaurant Ouliya.

Booked a room with an ac to fight back the moroccan heat. The staff helped with cab. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, the outskirts of the medina and the market in the Medina.
Almost perfect.

During our stay at Riad Hayat, we had an amazing experience exploring the beautiful city. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and genuine care shown by the host, Imad. He always made sure we were comfortable and even prepared sehri for us. The location of the riad was perfect, being situated near the old Medina and on a main street that made us feel safe, especially when walking back in the dark. The riad itself was very authentic and had a stunning terrace with an incredible view. The house was well-managed and the breakfast provided was delightful. we had a memorable stay at Riad Hayat Fes and would highly recommend it.
In terms of improvements, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. the door of our room did not lock properly, so that is something that needs to be sorted for future guests.

The hospitality of the staff was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us with any needs or questions we had. We were particularly impressed with the delicious meals prepared by the staff, which were full of flavor and served with a warm smile. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions and the bustling souks just a short distance away.
One issue we encountered during our stay was the frequent power outages. While we understand that this may have been a local issue and not necessarily within the hotel's control, it did cause some inconvenience for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this Marrocan riad. The staff at Riad Hayat was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel like personal guests of the family. The decor was beautifully intricate and added to the charm of the place. We highly recommend trying the delicious home-cooked food, especially the tagine. The location was perfect, located at the foot of the Medina and safe to return to at night. a wonderful experience that we would definitely repeat.
Nothing to dislike. 😄

The riad is cozy with beautiful terrace views and delicious breakfast. The room was luxurious and spacious. The only downside was the broken door, but they promptly helped us with it. The location of this guest house is very convenient, as it is close to everything. Guests can easily access the common area and enjoy the beautiful terrace with its amazing view. it is easy to find transportation, as you can stop a small taxi right next to the guest house. there is a money exchange shop nearby, making it convenient for travelers. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi connection in the room is not reliable, and the soundproofing of the windows could be better, allowing some noise from the street to seep through.

The location at the foot of the Medina was excellent and safe to come back during night. the main room of the riad is stunning being decorated with traditional patterns. the staff is extremely kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate any request. the food cooked by the wife of the owner is a must-try. the guided tour organized by the riad was enjoyable and delivered from the heart. Best home-cooked food, especially the tagine. Yassine, the owner, makes you feel at home from the beginning.
Felt at home, no reason to complain.
